This includes rack elevation diagrams (what device is in which rack unit), patch schedules (which port connects to where), cable schedules (labelling scheme and cable runs), floor plans showing outlet locations and patch point IDs, and photographs of the completed installation. Documentation is provided in editable format (typically Excel/Visio or PDF) so you can update it as changes happen. This is critical for handover to internal IT teams, future support providers, or compliance audits.

Yes. For multi-site rollouts (franchise expansions, retail chains, regional offices), we develop a standard design template that's repeated across locations with site-specific adjustments. This includes standardized rack layouts, labelling conventions, cable colors, and equipment configurations. We coordinate with local cablers at each location, manage procurement to get volume pricing, and provide consistent documentation for every site.
