We hire at multiple career stages and provide clear progression paths. Here's what each level looks like and how you can grow.

Internship Program

Paid internships for students & recent graduates

3-6 month paid internships for university students (IT/Networking/Engineering degrees) or recent graduates. Work on real client projects under supervision.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with network documentation and cable labeling
  • Shadow on-site installations and Wi-Fi deployments
  • Learn firewall config basics and monitoring platforms
  • Support ticket triage and first-line troubleshooting
  • Complete vendor certification training (CCNA track)
3-6 months, with potential conversion to graduate role

Graduate Network Engineer

Entry-level role for recent graduates

Full-time role for graduates with IT/Networking/Engineering degrees. Structured 12-month program with rotations across design, implementation, and support.

What you'll do:

  • Execute network deployments under senior engineer guidance
  • Configure switches, VLANs, and basic firewall rules
  • Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys and AP installations
  • Handle P3/P4 support tickets independently
  • Complete CCNA certification (company-sponsored)
  • Rotate through cloud (Azure/AWS) and security projects
12-18 months to Network Engineer promotion

Network Engineer

Mid-level role with project ownership

Independent engineer role managing client networks, leading small projects, and handling P1/P2 escalations. 2-4 years experience preferred (or promoted graduate).

What you'll do:

  • Own client relationships and quarterly service reviews
  • Design network architecture (VLANs, routing, firewalls)
  • Lead small-medium project deployments (5-50 users)
  • Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet/Cisco/Aruba gear
  • Mentor graduate engineers and interns
  • Pursue advanced certs (CCNP, NSE 4, ACCP)
2-3 years to Senior Network Engineer promotion

Graduate Network Engineer

We're looking for a recent graduate with a passion for networking to join our team. You'll work alongside senior engineers on real client projects, gain hands-on experience with enterprise gear, and complete your CCNA certification within your first year.

Required

  • Degree in IT, Networking, or related field (completed in last 2 years)
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license (on-site work required)
  • Eligible to work in Australia

Desirable

  • Home lab experience (UniFi, pfSense, GNS3, etc.)
  • Internship or work experience in IT/networking
  • CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (in progress/completed)
  • Familiarity with Linux command line
  • Customer service or client-facing experience

💰 Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + super + training budget

Network Engineer

Experienced network engineer wanted to take ownership of client environments, lead project deployments, and contribute to our technical direction. You'll work autonomously while having senior engineer backup for complex issues.

Required

  • 2-4 years hands-on networking experience (SME or MSP environment)
  • Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification
  • Firewall experience (Fortinet/pfSense/Cisco ASA preferred)
  • VPN configuration (site-to-site, remote access)
  • Wi-Fi deployment experience (site surveys, AP placement)
  • Strong client communication and documentation skills

Desirable

  • Fortinet NSE 4 or Aruba ACCP certification
  • Cloud networking (Azure/AWS VPNs, VNets)
  • Scripting/automation (Python, Ansible, PowerShell)
  • Experience with monitoring platforms (PRTG, LibreNMS)
  • CCNP or working toward it

Network Engineering Internship
